Fried Chicken Recipe

 

 Fried Chicken

 

Ingredients:

2 lb. chicken thighs/drumsticks
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. oil

Method:

Mix the chicken, onion powder, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and chilli  powders 
and keep aside for a few hours in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a frying pan and 
fry chicken until browned on both sides and serve hot.
